PROGRAMMING, TIMER & PRIVACY
WOD generator questions, answered.
How formats, intent, levels, equipment and coach checks work together to create a serious workout in seconds.
What can the WOD generator create?+
Choose AMRAP, EMOM, for time, rounds, chipper, ladder, intervals, multi-part, for load or max reps. Best match lets the engine select the format that fits your training goal and available time.
How does the generator preserve training intent?+
Your goal controls movement balance, duration, volume, loading and expected work-to-rest pattern. A coach check rejects combinations that would miss the selected stimulus or exceed the intended time cap.
What is the difference between Scaled, Rx and Elite?+
Scaled uses accessible movement standards and manageable loading. Rx follows the prescribed standard. Elite raises skill, load and volume only when the requested stimulus can still be preserved.
Can I choose movements or equipment?+
Yes. You can anchor movements and select the equipment available to you. The generator treats unavailable equipment as a hard constraint and only builds a complete workout from compatible movements.
Can I replace a generated movement?+
Yes. Replace a movement from the workout screen. The replacement is checked against your equipment, level, movement pattern and the intended workout stimulus.
How are time caps and target times determined?+
The PACK71 engine estimates work, transitions and rest for the selected level and format. It then sets a target or cap designed to preserve the intended pace instead of merely fitting more work into the session.
Does the workout timer work on a phone?+
Yes. Open the timer, press Start and use the ten-second countdown. The timer supports pauses, audio cues and round splits, and requests that the screen remain awake while the workout is active.
Is my workout data sent to Analytics?+
No. Vercel Web Analytics receives anonymous, aggregated pageviews only. Workout choices, movements, loads, timer data, results and locally saved workouts are not sent as analytics events.
Is this medical or coaching advice?+
No. WOD in Seconds is a programming tool, not a medical assessment or a replacement for qualified coaching. Scale unfamiliar movements and stop for pain, dizziness or other warning symptoms.
Functional workout state is stored in your browser. Analytics contains no workout content and no account or online athlete profile is created.
